Episode #1: Dealing with the Messiness of Life

In this first episode of Guiding God’s Daughters, we are doing just what it says in the subtitle: Getting Real and Going Deep.

I’ll tell you why I decided to change the name and why the posture of your heart is so much more important to God than your highlight reel. We’ll talk about some of the craziness going on in the world. I’ll also give you specific examples from my life – i.e. my messy pantry – of how God works on my heart. We aren’t comfortable with the uncomfortable but God is just fine when life is messy, because He’s with us in all of it.

Just a couple things I want you to know before you jump in.

I’m here to share the love of God with you because what He cares about most is the condition of our hearts.

I will share here a list of some of the verses as well as things I discuss on the podcast. It will basically be the show notes. (You can scroll down to the bottom for those)

Here is the episode on You Tube, if you want to watch by video and then below that is the Spotify link. You can also listen to it on Apple Podcasts here.
